El empleado podrá optar entre la pensión de jubilación y el auxilio de cesantía, pero si falleciere antes de que el monto de las pensiones recibidas equivalga al auxilio de cesantía que le hubiere correspondido por sus servicios, sus herederos, en el orden establecido en este Decreto, percibirán la deferencia.
