Los peritos y los testigos para las inspecciones oculares o allanamientos serán pagados inmediatamente después de que se fije el honorario, por quien haya solicitado o hecho necesaria su intervención, sin perjuicio de reembolso en el caso de condenación en costas. No obstante, en el caso de que por disposición expresa de la ley, sea forzosa la intervención de peritos o de testigos en las inspecciones oculares, el honorario debe pagarse por partes iguales entre demandante y demandado.
