Si confrontadas en estas Secciones las relaciones recibidas, con el Presupuesto de Gastos y con las órdenes recibidas por conducto de la Tesorería General, se observaren pagos hechos sin autorización, se dará cuenta á la Corte del Ramo, para que haga las observaciones y deduzca la responsabilidad á que hubiere lugar.
