°. En esta Escuela deberán darse enseñanzas prácticas de herrería, fundición de metales, mecánica, armería, tornería y calderería, y de otros oficios análogos. Los alumnos de ella tendrán, además, obligación de concurrir al Instituto nacional de artesanos ó recibir la instrucción científica que sea aplicable á los conocimientos prácticos que han de adquirir en la Escuela de Artes y Oficios.
