En toda Cárcel o Penitenciaría para hombres, debe existir una peluquería, a fin de que allí sean afeitados los detenidos o condenados por lo menos tres veces en la semana, y se les corte .el pelo, cuando menos una vez al mes En los establecimientos para mujeres se cortará el cabello a éstas cuando ellas mismas lo soliciten o lo disponga el médico.
