Cuando el crucero ó las cañoneras vayan en alguna expedición y conduzcan á bordo mayor número de tropa ó empleados del Gobierno, se les suministrará á los Comandantes, además de la asignación alimenticia diaria, las provisiones que fueren necesarias, á juicio y por orden de los Jefes Militares de Panamá y Cartagena.
