Naturaleza jurídica y objetivos de las Comunidades Energéticas.Las Comunidades Energéticas son comunidades organizadas que surgen en virtud de un acuerdo entre personas naturales y/o jurídicas de derecho público o privado que cooperan entre sí a través de un contrato o convenio asociativo para desarrollar las siguientes actividades: generación, comercialización y uso eficiente de la energía a través del uso de Fuentes No Convencionales de Energía Renovables (FNCER), combustibles renovables y recursos energéticos distribuidos cuyos objetivos deben incluir, por lo menos, alguno de los siguientes:
