° Monto mínimo de comisiones. El monto mínimo de las comisiones causadas durante cada ejercicio anual por las agencias y agentes de seguros sujetos al control de la Superintendencia Bancaria será la suma equivalente a mil seiscientos (1.600) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes a la fecha del respectivo corte.
