Artículo veintinueve. No se otorgarán permisos de exploración y explotación de esmeraldas dentro de la parte edificada de las poblaciones. Si dentro de la zona solicitada se encuentran una o más poblaciones o caseríos, su área urbana y cien (100) metros más en contorno quedarán excluidos del permiso.
