En lo que dice relación a los planteles educativos particulares, la negativa a admitir alumnos por motivos de nacimiento ilegítimo, diferencias sociales, raciales o religiosas, implica la pérdida de la subvención oficial si la tienen, y del derecho, si lo poseen, a que sus títulos y certificados sean reconocidos por el Estado. Este, privara del derecho de calificación para solicitar los diplomas correspondientes a los alumnos de los colegios que no se sometan a las prescripciones de la presente Ley.
