Vigencia . El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, especialmente los artículos 1° al 32 de la Ley 938 de 2004. Las funciones asignadas a las dependencias de la Fiscalía General de la Nación establecidas en los citados artículos continuarán vigentes hasta tanto se adopte la nueva planta de personal, y el Fiscal General de la Nación expida los actos administrativos que considere necesarios para la entrada en funcionamiento de la nueva estructura.
