Art. 7º Constituye también una renta para los Departamentos el veinticinco por ciento del recargo sobre los derechos de importación establecido por la ley 88 de 886. La distribución será en esta forma:

Tres y media unidades para el Departamento de Cundinamarca;

Tres para cada uno de los Departamentos de Antioquia, Cauca y Santander; Dos y media para el Departamento de Bolívar;

Dos para cada uno de los Departamentos de Boyacá y el Tolima; y Una para el Departamento del Magdalena.
