Recibida y cuando sea el caso repartida, la Resolución acusatoria del Ministerio Público, prevenida en el artículo 94, el ponente en las corporaciones tendrá quince días para registrar proyecto y la Sala, diez para proferir sentencia; cuando el juzgamiento corresponda a un solo funcionario, la decisión deberá dictarse dentro de los quince días siguientes.
