Diploma. Cada medalla va acompañada de un diploma credencial correspondiente a la condecoración, el cual se elaborará en papel pergamino o cartulina blanca, con dimensiones de 35 cm de ancho por 25 cm de alto con el escudo del Ejército Nacional en el centro y a color. En la parte superior izquierda, irá el dibujo del anverso de la medalla y en la parte superior derecha, el dibujo del reverso de la misma. Levará la firma del Comandante del Ejército Nacional y la del Vicepresidente del Consejo de la Medalla.
