Inhabilidades e incompatibilidades. En ningún caso podrán incluirse trabajadores beneficiarios que tengan contrato de trabajo o de otra clase con la corporación para la cual son nominados, de acuerdo al régimen de inhabilidades e incompatibilidades vigentes para los miembros de los consejos directivos.
