Reuniones. Las Juntas Directivas de las Zonas Francas, se reunirán ordinariamente una vez al mes en la ciudad de domicilio de la respectiva zona o en el lugar que señale el Presidente de la junta. Podrán sesionar extr aordinariamente cuando sean convocadas por su Presidente o por el Gerente o Director de la zona respectiva. El Gerente o Director de la zona asistirán a las sesiones de la Junta Directiva con voz pero sin voto.
