º . El Gobierno Nacional transferirá, directamente o con la entrega de títulos, el diez por ciento (10%) del producto neto de la enajenación de los activos de la Nación a favor de particulares, representados en acciones o bonos convertibles en acciones, que se efectúe a partir de la vigencia de la Ley 508 de 1999, a las entidades territoriales en las cuales está ubicada la actividad principal de la empresa cuyas acciones se enajenan, con destino a la financiación de los fondos de pensiones públicas del orden territorial.
