º. LIMITE DE LA REMUNERACION. De acuerdo con la ley, en ningún caso el Consejo Directivo podrá autorizar a los servidores del instituto que corresponda, incrementos salariales que excedan el salario del Presidente del Instituto. Tampoco podrá el Consejo Directivo autorizar con órdenes de trabajo la ampliación en forma parcial o total de los costos y de las plantas y nóminas de personal, ni incrementar salarios o prestaciones sociales.
