Certificados de navegabilidad expedidos en el exterior . Los certificados de navegabilidad expedidos en el exterior serán válidos en Colombia siempre que hayan sido otorgados por autoridad competente o Sociedad Clasificadora reconocida por la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno reglamentará los requisitos para otorgar el certificado de navegabilidad, su término de vigencia y la utilización de peritos para expedirlos.
