Artículo único. Exceptúanse del pago de derechos de certificación consular las facturas en que solamente se mencionen monedas de oro que no sean de ley inferior á la de novecientos milésimos.

Parágrafo

Es entendido que siempre deben venir con factura y certificación del respectivo Cónsul las monedas en referencia. Comuníquese y publíquese.
