º Dirección del Programa. La dirección del programa estará a cargo de un Consejo Directivo integrado por los siguientes miembros: - El Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, o su delegado, quien lo presidirá. - El Director del Departamento Nacional de Planeación o su delegado. - Un Consejero de la Presidencia de la República, o su delegado. - El Director General del Fondo de Cofinanciación para la Inversión Social, o su delegado, quien asistirá a las reuniones del Consejo con voz pero sin voto.

Parágrafo

La secretaría técnica del Consejo Directivo estará a cargo del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
