Una vez agotada la investigación el Prefecto remitirá el sumario en todo caso al Gobernador respectivo, para que éste conozca del asunto si fuere de su competencia, ó la remita al Ministerio de Guerra ó a la Comisaría Judicial si fuere alguna de estas entidades la que debiere de conocer del asunto, según lo determinado en la Ley 13 del año en curso.
