Para efectos de lo previsto en el numeral 37 del artículo anterior, en los actos protocolarios a los cuales asista el Presidente de la República, tendrá la precedencia el Jefe de la Casa Militar. En los demás actos la tendrá el Director General de Protocolo del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
