º. Corresponderá al Comité Consultivo de la Comisión Nacional de Valores, asesorar a la Sala General y al Presidente de la entidad en el cumplimiento de sus respectivas funciones. Para tal efecto, el Comité deberá emitir concepto previo sobre los proyectos de normas que deba expedir la Comisión en ejercicio de sus funciones y que sean sometidas a su consideración y formulará propuestas y recomendaciones en las distintas materias inherentes al objeto y atribuciones de la Comisión.
