En las oficinas de Corregidores, Inspectorías, etc., situadas en las zonas rurales de que habla el artículo 1º. de esta Ley, se podrá utilizar para la recepción y transporte del correo hasta las cabeceras municipales al personal de Policía, portería, ayudantes y demás empleados de dichas oficinas, y siempre que ello se pueda hacer sin estropear el cumplimiento de sus funciones ordinarias.
