° La duración de la comisión de servicios al exterior conferida al doctor Armando Montenegro, Director del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, mediante Decreto 520 de 1993, será de once (11) días comprendidos entre el 24 de marzo de 1993 y el 3 de abril del mismo año, y no de 13 días como se menciona en el artículo 2° del mismo decreto.
