Ley 99 de 1959 · Por la cual la Nación contribuye a la construcción de viviendas populares en la ciudad de Montería

Las adjudicaciones de viviendas se harán de común acuerdo entre el Municipio de Montería y el Instituto de Crédito Territorial, y de conformidad con los reglamentos de esta institución.

Parágrafo

Las cuotas que los adjudicatarios pagarán para amortizar los créditos concedidos, incluido en ellos el valor de la tierra, entrarán al patrimonio del Instituto de Crédito Territorial, para formar un fondo rotatorio, que se destinará, a planes de viviendas populares en la ciudad de Montería.
