Articulo 4° La Intendencia Nacional del Amazonas procederá a entregar a los Ministerios de Obras Públicas y de Guerra, respectivamente, por riguroso inventario, los bienes y elementos de las obras públicas y de la navegación del Sur, que están a su cuidado. Esta entrega se hará con asistencia de funcionarios autorizados por los Ministerios de Gobierno y de Agricultura, y con intervención de la Contraloría General de la República.
