Plazo para fijar capacidad del atractivo turístico. El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo requerirá a las autoridades enumeradas en el artículo 2.2.4.8.4.1 dentro de los 3 meses siguientes a la expedición del presente decreto para la fijación de la capacidad de los atractivos turísticos, quienes deberán fijarla dentro del año siguiente a la vigencia de este decreto”.
