En la definición del establecimiento bancario dada por el artículo 1° de la Ley 45 de 1923 , no quedarán comprendidos los individuos, corporaciones, sociedades o establecimientos que sólo hagan habitualmente el negocio de efectuar anticipos en forma de préstamos o descuentos sin recibir depósitos.
