Aclárase el artículo 86 del Decreto 444 de 1967 en el sentido de que lo dispuesto en él se entiende sin perjuicio de las sanciones establecidas por la legislación aduanera cuando fueren aplicables y de que la nacionalización se hará siempre que dicha legislación la autorice, y conforme a lo prescrito en ella.
