Impugnaciones presentadas por entidades estatales. Para cumplir con el deber de que trata el artículo 22.5 de la Ley 80 de 1993, los representantes de las entidades estatales deberán allegar a la Cámara de Comercio correspondiente

Memorial en el que se indique la irregularidad o grave inconsistencia, debidamente justificada, en original y dos copias; y

Las pruebas que se pretendan hacer valer para demostrar la irregularidad o la grave inconsistencia.
