º . El numeral 2 del artículo 8º del Decreto 230 de 2008, quedará así: Artículo 8º. Prohibiciones y limitaciones . No son adjudicables los terrenos baldíos que se hallen en las circunstancias o respondan a las descripciones siguientes:... "2. Los situados dentro de un radio de cinco (5) kilómetros alrededor de las zonas de reserva ambiental o de parques naturales. Para los efectos de que trata el literal b) del

Parágrafo

del artículo 156 de la Ley 1152 de 2007, se entiende por zona de reserva ambiental, las áreas de Reserva Natural, Area Natural Unica, Santuario de Flora, Santuario de Fauna y Vía Parque, que junto con los Parques Nacionales conforman el Sistema de Parques Nacionales definido por el artículo 329 del Decreto-ley 2811 de 1974".
