Descargos . La tipificación de cualquier falta, la gravedad de la misma, la determinación sobre la procedencia de la sanción y la correspondiente imposición, se adelantará mediante el procedimiento dispuesto en el artículo 22 de este Decreto, brindándole al establecimiento institución educativa investigada, la oportunidad para presentar sus descargos.
