Las faltas disciplinarias se realizarán por acción u omisión en el cumplimiento de los deberes o prohibiciones y cualquier violación del régimen de inhabilidades e incompatibilidades consagradas por el Código Deontológico y Ético del Entrenador Deportivo en Colombia y demás que determine la ley. Cuando se tiene el deber jurídico de impedir un resultado, no evitarlo, pudiendo hacerlo, equivale a producirlo.
