El Defensor del Pueblo distribuirá los cargos a que se refiere el artículo 1º del presente decreto mediante acto administrativo y ubicará el personal teniendo en cuenta la estructura interna, las necesidades del servicio y los planes y programas trazados por la Entidad, de conformidad con lo establecido en el
