Término de instrucción y aviso de iniciación. El término de instrucción es de treinta días, pero se ampliara a sesenta cuando se investiguen delitos conexos o sean varios los sindicados. Iniciando el sumario, se dará aviso al juez del conocimiento al respectivo agente del Ministerio Publico y al Procurador del distrito, dentro de las veinticuatro horas siguientes.
