Ley 28 de 1977 · “por medio de la cual se considera y declara como empresa útil o benéfica, digna de estímulo o apoyo, el terminal de pasajeros del Aeropuerto Internacional Ernesto Cortizzos, en el Departamento del Atlántico, se otorgan facultades extraordinarias al Presidente de la República y se dictan otras disposiciones”.
