Abierta la sesión del Consejo, el Presidente ordenará que se presente el acusado con la custodia necesaria, quien ocupará puesto dando frente a la mesa del Consejo. En seguida, el Presidente hará que el secretario dé lectura al auto de detención, al que llamó al sindicado a responder ante el Consejo de Guerra, y al auto de convocatoria.
