De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 132 de la Constitución, el Poder Ejecutivo distribuirá los Ministros restantes los negocios de los dos Ministros que se suprimen, trasladando de éstos á los otros las plazas existentes que fueren necesarias, y dará cuenta de esta organización al Congreso para introducir los cambios consiguientes en la nomenclatura del Presupuesto.
