La Compañía tendrá un Gerente de libré nombramiento y remoción de la Junta Directiva y cuyo período será de dos años. El Gerente tendrá dos suplentes personales que le reemplazarán en sus faltas temporales o accidentales.Las faltas absolutas las llenará la Junta Directiva, mediante nueva designación, por el resto del período.
