"Art. 6°. El Gobierno se obliga a suministrar al contratista el alambre de línea y aisladores necesarios para las reparaciones y composiciones de las líneas y el alambre de platino y bobinas para las reparaciones que ocurran en los aparatos, y a darle franquicia telegráfica para todo lo que se relaciona con el servicio. Las herramientas de propiedad del Gobierno que hoy existen en las diferentes secciones de estas líneas, serán entregadas al contratista por inventario; y del mismo modo las devolverá en buen estado a la espiración del contrato.
