Art. 24. Para facilitar el pago de los gastos que se causen en la carretera antigua del Norte, en el trayecto comprendido entre esta capital y La Aguanica, el Cajero pagador comisionará al Cajero fiscal de obras públicas para que haga tales pagos. Para este efecto, semanalmente entregará al Cajero pagador al cajero fiscal la suma que sea necesaria para el pago de tales gastos.
