Los laboratorios que preparen soluciones inyectables de estas substancias, o productos medicinales que las contengan, podrán comprar solamente las cantidades destinadas para la fabricación de sus preparados, no para expendio. A la misma condición estarán sometidos los que adquieran substancias primas para la extracción de alcaloides.
