Article 8

El Consejo Administrativo Del Centro De Productividad Tendrá Como Principales Funciones: A) Aprobar El Presupuesto De Rentas Y Gastos Del Centro; B) Reglamentar La Manera De Fijar El Valor De Los Servicios Que Preste El Centro A Las Entidades Públicas Y Privadas, Y Su Forma De Recaudo; C) Autorizar La Contratación De Servicios Temporales Del Personal Auxiliar Requerido Para Realizar Cursos, Seminarios O Investigaciones; D) Las Demás Que Le Fueren Señaladas Por El Ministro Del Trabajo O Recomendadas Por El Consejo Técnico Nacional De Productividad

° El Consejo Administrativo del Centro de Productividad tendrá como principales funciones

Aprobar el presupuesto de rentas y gastos del Centro;

Reglamentar la manera de fijar el valor de los servicios que preste el Centro a las entidades públicas y privadas, y su forma de recaudo;

Autorizar la contratación de servicios temporales del personal auxiliar requerido para realizar cursos, seminarios o investigaciones;

Las demás que le fueren señaladas por el Ministro del Trabajo o recomendadas por el Consejo Técnico Nacional de Productividad.
