El artículo 172 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, quedará así:
Artículo 172. Norma general .
Salvo la excepción consagrada en el literal c) del artículo 20 de esta ley el empleador está obligado a dar descanso dominical remunerado a todos sus trabajadores. Este descanso tiene una duración mínima de veinticuatro (24) horas.
