Para los efectos del presente decreto y de las demás disposiciones sobre sistema nacional de salud, el estado por medio de la dirección del sistema nacional de salud podrá tomar, en forma transitoria, la dirección administrativa y técnica de los hospitales que por razones de orden público, social, administrativo o técnico, estén funcionando de manera inconveniente, a juicio del ministerio de salud pública.
