º. Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de su publicación, adiciona el Capítulo 7 al Título 7, Parte 1 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1081 de 2015, modifica el artículo 2.1.7.1.6 y adiciona el Numeral 13 al artículo 2.1.7.2.3. del Decreto número 1081 de 2015.
