Los Juzgados Permanentes reemplazarán a las Inspecciones Permanentes reemplazarán a las Inspecciones Permanentes de Policía, y a los Juzgados de Turno de Instrucción Criminal a que se refieren los Decretos 0008, 0416 y 0077 de 1957. Todos los elementos y enseres que actualmente ocupan las Inspecciones Permanentes de Policía a que se refieren los citados Decretos, pasarán a los Juzgados Permanentes.
