ARTICULO 95 . MEDIOS Y EQUIPOS. Los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada deben tener equipos de seguridad, de comunicaciones, de transporte, instalaciones y los elementos necesarios para desarrollar su labor con las licencias y autorizaciones vigentes expedidas por las autoridades competentes. El armamento o cualquier instrumento fabricado con el propósito de causar amenaza, lesión o muerte deberá ser de exclusiva propiedad del servicio de vigilancia y seguridad privada.
